CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may want to return an item your have ordered.
Under the Home Shopping: Distance Selling Regulations, private purchasers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods, if the goods have not been used. This does not apply to goods made to purchasers’ own specifications (e.g. personalisation, own branding etc).
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched our goods to you, or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us as below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error, or if the goods were faulty or damaged. For your protection when returning goods to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
In the event you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us on +44 (0)20 3427 5928 or email to email@example.com so that we can arrange for the return of the faulty goods to us, and if desired, delivery of replacement goods to you.
Refunds for returned or cancelled orders shall be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods as above, and within 30 days of return. Refunds will be returned via the same method used for the initial payment.
Please note that The Home Shopping: Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business purchases.
