Our Standard Delivery within the US and Canada is charged at a varying rate, (including postage & packaging), per delivery address. Postage is detailed at time of ordering.
For Standard Delivery we use either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class International depending upon the size and location of the order. All goods will be despatched from our warehouse in New York unless otherwise detailed on the product page*. We aim to ship all orders within one to 2 business days from receipt of order.
USPS advises that delivery via these services typically takes between two to three working days to reach most locations in the US after posting. Deliveries to Canadian locations are estimated to take up to 10 working days after despatch (M-F), however our customers have advised that deliveries are increasingly taking up to 15 working days after despatch (M-F) to reach them.
The above estimated delivery times are subject to stock availability and security checks and items being sent over the USA-Canadian border may be subject to Customs checks.
Delivery of multiple goods made under the same order, may be packaged and delivered separately depending on weight, location and availability.
*Certain items, such as our gift box hampers are delivered from our WineWeaver HQ in London, United Kingdom. This will be clearly detailed in the product description on the product page. If a product is detailed as being shipped from the UK, please ensure you allow for additional delivery time. Items sent from the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail and their US/Canadian Counterparts. Invariably our customers have advised that delivery takes 10-15 working days after despatch (M-F) to receive.

DELIVERY RELATED PROBLEMS
Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient's address you provided when placing your order, as soon as possible. However, there are times due to problems with the address information or due to problems encountered when attempting to deliver, that a delay may occur. In these circumstances, we will contact you to verify the details of an address.
MAIL SERVICE PROVIDERS
We rely on the services of third party mail delivery service providers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when these providers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
